Acquisition of a contaminated industrial site for urban infill redevelopment of a 45-unit multifamily project in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, MA. Through the city’s intensive and challenging Article 80 process, obtained Boston Planning & Development Agency board approval and required zoning variances. The approved project includes 5 artist live work units, public artwork, a roofdeck, shared office space and community amenity spaces. Total project cost of $17mm.
